Sunshine Smoothie Bowl!

Yes, breakfast ISย the best meal of the day. Sometimes having dessert for breakfast is the only way to start the day! However this dessert is healthy and you wont feel guilty licking the bowl! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Now thatย the sun is out more, I can feel spring just around the corner! The best part about summer is the selection of fruit that isย available. However, this smoothie bowl can be made all year round as it only requires three simple ingredients that you can usually always find in the supermarket. Yes! Just THREE ingredients! All you need is a blender, a mango, a banana and some coconut yoghurt. I add a few tablespoons of water to my smoothie bowl but if you like it super thick, you can leave that out!

Because of the exotic taste of this bowl, I like to call it sunshine smoothie bowl! It literally tastes like sunshine in my mouth! ๐Ÿ™‚
