The one thing that always deterred me from making juices at home was the DREADFUL clean-up that came with it. I love green juices but I am really not a fan of all the mess that you make in getting there! I am pretty sure I am not alone in this, right?! I have found the perfect recipe to forgo all the messy clean-up that goes into juice-making, so stay tuned.. 😉
Granted that the taste of a juice is something to get acquainted to and you will need to give it a few tries before you actually ENJOY a green juice – dont give up! For me, I was never a huge fan of celery (I would still not eat it on its own or in a smoothie) but I add it to my juices as it gives them a great consistency and has a ton of water to hydrate your cells. The ginger masks any taste that you might not be a huge fan of but, trust me, with time you get to love all of the ingredients and might even crave them. 😉
