FROZEN YOGHURT BARS!

I know what you are thinking “Frozen Yoghurt?! Really?! That’s so 2008 Sonika..” Yeah I know, so old-school right?! But guess what..sometimes it truly is the simplest ingredients that make up for the best recipes! Who would have thought that yoghurt, strawberries, maple syrup and a few macadamia nuts could make up such a beautiful snack?! Not me!! What drew me to this recipe was the simplicity… And honestly, you don’t even need to be able to cook to make this! (haha) So for all my shitty amateur cooks out there, this recipe is for you! πŸ˜‰ I used a tarte mould to make these but you can really use any shape of dish you want, depending on the shape you want! πŸ™‚

If you want to impress at a summer gig this year, make sure to make these and your guests will go nuts! Trust me!! πŸ˜€
