Where are all my asparagus lovers?! One of my favorites things about spring is the abundance of asparagus. I love to eat seasonally and being inspired by what can be found in the markets. This Tart literally takes just a few minutes to whip up and is as delicious as it looks! There’s a fresh and crunchy feel to it that is divine. Adding the drizzle of balsamic vinegar and some parmesan shavings really tie the taste together.
I like making this as a starter for a party or even as a full meal if you need a quick dinner solution!
